What You Will Do

Co‑own the social media process for approximately 2 clients (with manager review) and support social execution for additional accounts as needed.

Assist with social reporting, audits, and performance recaps, helping surface what is working and what needs to change.

Learn and use Sprout Social and HubSpot to schedule, publish, monitor, and run basic reporting workflows.

Become familiar with platform Business Managers (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and support basic setup and upkeep tasks.

Help draft and refine social strategies, including content themes, posting cadence, and channel recommendations.

Manage time and deliverables through Wrike, keeping tasks organized, updated, and on schedule.

What You Bring

Comfort using major social platforms (and curiosity to learn new ones fast)

Basic proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

A self‑starter mindset: proactive, not reactive

Flexibility in an ever‑changing agency work environment

Requirements You must be a current college student enrolled in an accredited university and have existing residential accommodations in the Kansas City metro area. This is a paid, in‑office position, 4 days a week. All work is conducted in our Kansas City office.
