LHH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time Technical Marketing Specialist for one of our clients in the legal services sector in Minneapolis, MN.

Location:

Minneapolis, MN - Onsite with flexibility

Compensation: $90K-$150K (based on experience) + benefits

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, PTO, paid holidays, and perks.

Role Requirements:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or similar.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing using technology and data within a law firm, legal services, real estate, or corporate financial services sectors.

Hands on experience with marketing databases or CRM systems including Foundation and WordPress

Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills

Legal operations experience

Experience with iManage and/or Intapp

Strong understanding of marketing data, analytics, and technology tools.

Experience managing vendors and working with cross‑functional teams.

Solid technical skills, including CRM/databases, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
