Role Description The Video Producer is a central role in shaping the team’s visual identity through compelling, timely, and strategic video content. This individual will be on the team responsible for end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, producing, and delivering content for digital platforms, broadcast, and in-venue use. The role also includes production planning, motion graphics design, and campaign storytelling in collaboration with internal departments and external agencies. This role requires technical proficiency and storytelling instincts and capability of operating with autonomy in high-pressure environments such as race weekends. The ideal candidate brings a strong eye for composition and pacing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience delivering in a wide variety of formats. The Video Producer will be expected to support both brand initiatives and partner-driven campaigns, capturing and distributing content that builds audience loyalty and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities CONTENT CREATION & STORYTELLING: The Video Producer collaborates on the planning, capture, and creative execution of video content across platforms—bringing the team’s brand, drivers, and partners to life through compelling storytelling and consistent visual identity.

VIDEO EDITING & POST-PRODUCTION: This role manages the full editing process including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics, while maintaining organized digital asset archives and delivering platform-optimized content. They are also responsible for preparing and executing production shoots, the Video Producer handles all aspects of scheduling, equipment setup, and technical direction for both in-studio and on-location filming.

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance content quality and engagement. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

ADAPTABILITY & EFFICIENCY: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and feedback, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Stay updated with emerging video editing trends and technologies, applying new techniques to improve content quality.

TRAVEL & FLEXIBILITY: Willingness to travel as required for on-site editing and production support. Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet critical project deadlines. Maintain flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes and urgent project needs.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a video producer, editor, or creator in sports, entertainment, or agency environments.

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve; familiarity

with motion graphics design.

Ability to manage a project from concept to delivery, including self-managing timelines and feedback loops.

Strong camera skills, including shooting on mirrorless/cinematic cameras, lighting, and sound setup.

Working knowledge of digital asset management systems and cloud-based storage.

Willingness to travel to 25–30 race weekends per year and work flexible hours including nights and holidays.

Experience with green screen shoots, in-venue content, and broadcast or livestream formats is a plus.

Comfortable lifting and transporting equipment (up to 50 lbs) and working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
