Who You Are As the Local Marketing Operations Manager reporting to the Director, Local Marketing Operations, you will assume a highly supportive role to the entire Field Marketing Team, undertaking administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the functionality, coordination, and accurate reporting of the department’s activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain regional operational calendars aligned to approved programs and timelines.

Track operational readiness milestones for events, demos, and activations within the region.

Flag timing risks, conflicts, or gaps with clear context and recommendations.

Verify that all regional assets in market have received required brand and legal approvals.

Ensure retailer templates, specs, and approved creative are correctly deployed in the region.

Audit regional compliance with promotional with local sales teams and retailer events.

Monitor regional vehicle condition, usage, and compliance through approved reporting tools.

Audit that vehicles are properly assigned, stored, and operational for planned activity.

Report incidents, maintenance needs, and compliance issues to director.

Maintain monthly audits of storage units, asset inventories, and equipment condition.

Track and reconcile product inventory levels against upcoming events and demos.

Submit regional product order needs and asset gaps to the director for approval.

Ensure demo and sampling assets are present, compliant, and execution ready.

Maintain accurate regional data within field reporting and project management tools.

Deliver monthly regional summaries covering assets, storage, vehicles, product, and risks.

Qualifications

Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or an equivalent field

Is familiar with Field Marketing principals

Ability to thrive under pressure and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Can manage multiple priorities at one time, with respect to priority level

Has superior critical thinking, analytic and communication skills

Is creative and resourceful; can resolve issues/problems that may come up

Has efficient time management skills

Is proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google-based tools (Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.)

Superior organization skills

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work

Highly dependable; strong follow-through and initiative
