Job Type: Contract
Compensation: $1,500-$7,000+ per week (personal commission and bonuses + overrides)

Role Overview The Area Lead is responsible for developing and leading a team of fiber sales representatives in their assigned market. This is a player‑coach role, meaning Area Leads still sell, but also:
Recruit new reps
Train team members
Run field blitzes when assigned
Drive area performance
Top Area Leads build teams that produce hundreds of sales per month.
What You’ll Do Leadership Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new sales reps
Train new hires in door-to-door sales fundamentals
Conduct field ride‑alongs and coaching
Monitor rep performance and activity
Lead daily team huddles
Coordinate territory coverage
Sales Responsibilities
Continue selling fiber internet personally
Close high‑value opportunities
Support reps on difficult closes
Maintain strong community relationships

Requirements
Previous sales experience (preferred)
Leadership or mentoring experience
Reliable transportation
Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
Strong work ethic and self-discipline
Be located in, or be willing to travel at own expense to assigned locations
