What We Do First American Home Warranty is seeking a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Marketing Specialist to support our Affiliate Marketing program. This role focuses on the day‑to‑day execution, monitoring, and reporting of affiliate‑generated leads, ensuring campaigns run efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with company standards. This position works closely with affiliate managers to support partner communication, track performance, assist with reporting, and help maintain accurate documentation across platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in performance marketing, lead generation, and affiliate partnerships.

Here's How You'll Contribute

Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners, including email list owners and media buyers

Support onboarding, set up, and documentation of new affiliate partners

Help maintain clear communication regarding caps, budgets, and performance expectations

Monitor daily affiliate lead volume, pacing, and performance metrics

Track spend against approved budgets and flag discrepancies

Assist with reporting using platforms such as

Everflow, Invoca, Power BI, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel

Support review of incoming leads to ensure alignment with quality and compliance standards

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, compliance) to resolve questions or discrepancies

Maintain organized records of partner communications, performance notes, and reporting

Assist in preparing performance summaries and internal updates

Support process improvements that increase efficiency and reporting accuracy

Collect and maintain archive of ad and landing page creative and links used by partners for compliance purposes

What You'll Bring

2+ years of experience in direct to consumer marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Experience or familiarity with

Everflow, Invoca, and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, basic analytics)

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and performance data

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Self‑motivated and eager to learn in a performance‑driven environment

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred

Clear documentation and organized reporting

Proactive identification of performance issues

Reliable support for affiliate managers

Strong collaboration across internal teams

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
