Louisville DMA | Field-Based | Uncapped Commission Parc Auto LLC dba Meineke Car Care is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to grow our commercial fleet business across Kentucky and Indiana. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, developing new accounts, and closing fleet service agreements.

What You’ll Do

Develop and grow new commercial fleet accounts throughout the territory

Meet with business owners, fleet managers, and decision-makers in person

Identify fleet needs and present customized maintenance solutions

Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through contract execution

Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (fleet, automotive, or related industry preferred)

Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
