
Digital Marketing Product Analyst / Coordinator

The Product Coordinator, Technology Products is part of the Commercial Division
This role supports the product development lifecycle by triaging issues, conducting research, and providing data-driven insights to inform backlog prioritization and strategy. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, test support, and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure product success and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide data analysis and insights that help inform product strategy Provide quantitative and/or qualitative analysis and insights to inform product backlog prioritization Support product playbacks with an emphasis on product metrics Assist with general support for advertising campaign management Support new campaign launches by testing the customer experience, management of creative placements and URLs Conduct product meetings: completes product tracking/analysis reports; reports to management and business owners regarding product progress, issues, and risks Partner with business, IT, and leadership to facilitate product success Review and support test data, test plan, and test scenarios Develop and maintain business rules for the product Ability to work across time zones as needed Triage product issues to help inform the product backlog Bug/ defect testing and research ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, aviation management, communications, marketing or related fields 1+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
3 years of relevant industry experience (aviation, digital, campaign management) Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
Knowledge of Cognos, Mosaic, Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, SQL, etc Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Rally or other product and project tracking tools Ability to conceptualize, create and present analyses and strategies to all levels of leadership Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees Ability to build strong consensus and achieve results as a team Ability to think critically/analytically and draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets Ability to work under pressure, prioritize projects, meet all deadlines, balance the big picture with the requisite details and maintain flexibility Knowledge of corporate policies and operational processes and procedures
