We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented

Instructional Designer / Training Content Developer

to join a collaborative Learning & Development team. This individual contributor role is responsible for writing, concepting, developing, and delivering engaging training materials—including eLearning modules, video scripts, and print resources—to build and sustain field associate product knowledge. This position reports to the Manager of Strategic Selling and supports a team of 10 full‑time associates focused on store learning and development initiatives. The role has potential for extension to cover an upcoming leave. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging training materials, including: eLearning modules (Rise and Storyline) Video scripts Facilitator and participant guides Print job aids and reference materials Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives Revise and update existing materials to reflect evolving strategies and product changes Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Ensure all materials maintain high standards for clarity, consistency, and quality Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1+ year of experience in instructional design, formal writing, or training development (flexible based on skill level) Experience with

Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading Project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments Ability to quickly learn new information and apply it effectively Strong organizational and process‑oriented mindset Learning agility and adaptability Open to feedback and continuous improvement Self‑starter with creative problem‑solving skills Ability to handle multiple complex projects and pivot as business needs change What Success Looks Like
