You’ll Be Responsible For
Conceptualizing, designing, and formatting professional presentations that are visually engaging, easy to understand, and aligned with client objectives.
Developing bespoke presentation templates, layouts, and master slides, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and promoting visual consistency.
Translating complex data and concepts into clear and impactful visual elements, including charts, infographics, icons, and diagrams.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their communication goals, refine content structure, and optimize messaging for maximum audience impact.
Ensuring presentations are optimized for various delivery formats (in-person, virtual, digital distribution, print) and proactively troubleshooting any design or technical issues.
Incorporating dynamic elements such as animations, transitions, and multimedia (video, audio) to enhance audience engagement and retention.
Staying up to date with the latest presentation design trends, software advancements, and best practices.
Managing multiple presentation projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
You’ll Need To Have
Expert‑level mastery of presentation software (primarily Microsoft PowerPoint, with potential experience in InDesign).
Strong understanding of Slide Master functionality and advanced animation techniques.
A deep understanding of visual communication principles, including layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is highly desirable for creating and editing visual assets.
Data visualization skills: Ability to effectively visualize data using charts, graphs, and infographics to communicate insights clearly and concisely.
Proven experience of 2+ years in presentation design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of professional and impactful presentations. Track record in a marketing and bidding/business development/sales environment.
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in PowerPoint or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills, interaction with all levels in the business, problem solving, proactive approach, adapt to change, strong time management and organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to structure presentations in a logical and engaging manner, using storytelling principles to enhance audience connection.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
