Product Knowledge & Presentation:
Learn and clearly communicate the benefits of various service plans to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.
Customer Sign‑Ups:
Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and professional experience from start to finish.
Daily Sales Targets:
Work toward clear daily and weekly goals with the support of your team leader and peers.
Team Collaboration:
Contribute in daily meetings, share insights, and help your team hit collective targets.
Learning & Development:
Take part in structured training focused on communication, sales techniques, and leadership skills.
Brand Representation:
Maintain a professional and approachable presence, representing our client’s values with pride and consistency.
Problem‑Solving:
Address customer questions and concerns in real‑time using your training and available support.
Territory Setup & Reporting:
Assist with daily setup, capture customer insights, and report on outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people
Positive attitude and a willingness to be coached
Goal‑driven personality—comfortable working toward performance targets
Full‑time availability (Monday to Friday, with some weekend flexibility)
