Entry Level Business Development Representative
to help grow our
telecom division
by connecting with small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Austin market.
Our team provides hands‑on training, daily mentorship, and real‑world experience working directly with business owners and decision‑makers. This is
not a remote or call‑center position .
Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Business Development Representative based in Austin, TX. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and developing client relationships. The role includes conducting outbound communications, prospecting potential clients, and working collaboratively with the sales team to drive business growth. The position also involves creating strategies to expand the company's reach and contributing to the achievement of sales goals.
What You'll Do:
Represent Andiamo’s telecom clients in the Austin market through professional, in‑person business development
Engage with small and mid‑sized business owners to introduce telecommunications solutions and services
Conduct needs‑based conversations to understand current systems, operational challenges, and connectivity requirements
Identify and qualify potential opportunities for telecom solutions that support business efficiency and growth
Build and maintain professional relationships with business decision‑makers in your territory
Collaborate with team leaders and account managers to support client acquisition and market expansion initiatives
Participate in ongoing training focused on business communication, sales strategy, and account development
Track daily activity and maintain a consistent pipeline of business opportunities
This role is ideal for someone who is:
