Position Summary We’re seeking a dynamic leader to be one of our first key hires in the Boise market. This isn’t a traditional sales or project management role. It’s a hybrid leadership position for someone who wants to build something significant from the ground up.

You’ll function as "the glue" of our Boise operations, connecting customers, sales efforts, and installation crews. You’ll guide warm leads through the entire customer journey, support our sales team in closing opportunities, and coordinate with crews to ensure flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience – Visit warm leads, assess their needs, and present tailored roofing solutions.

Guide homeowners from initial meeting through project completion.

Maintain consistent communication and proactively address any concerns.

Sales Support & Revenue Generation – Support sales team with closing deals and occasionally handle warm leads independently.

Present proposals, negotiate agreements, and secure signed contracts.

Track all activities and customer interactions in ServiceTitan.

Project Coordination – Bridge office operations and field execution by coordinating with installation crews.

Manage project timelines, communicate scope details, and conduct quality checks.

Resolve issues quickly and maintain accurate project documentation.

Market Development – Help establish scalable operational processes as we grow.

Contribute to market strategy and identify efficiency opportunities.

Represent Flux Roofing professionally throughout the community.

Essential Capabilities

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly with customers and crews.

Excellent communication skills both in-person and through digital platforms.

Comfort working independently while staying connected to leadership.

Reliable transportation and willingness to be mobile throughout the Boise market.

Physical comfort with ladder work and accessing rooftops for inspections.

Strong organizational skills with systematic follow-through on commitments.

Experience and Learning: We don’t need you to be a roofing expert. We’ll train you on roofing systems, materials, and installation processes. What we do need is someone capable and willing to learn construction and roofing quickly. Experience in sales, customer service, or any role requiring technical learning is valuable, but your hunger and work ethic matter most.

You should be comfortable with technology including smartphones and CRM systems. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platforms is a plus, as this will be your primary tool for managing leads, projects, and customer communications.

Immediate Structure This role combines base salary stability with significant commission upside. You’ll earn from closing warm leads and managing successful projects, with additional incentives tied to customer satisfaction and market growth.

Realistic Earning Potential Strong performers typically see total first-year compensation in the $80,000 to $150,000 range, with top performers exceeding $200,000 as the market develops and responsibilities expand.
