The Opportunity This is not a typical entry‑level role. You will work directly alongside senior leadership to identify, recruit, and onboard independent financial advisors to the Etico platform. We are growing fast and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
What You'll Do
Identify and prospect financial advisors across target markets
Build and manage a pipeline of advisor candidates
Stay current on advisor market activity and surface opportunities as they develop
Plan and execute local recruiting events in the Saratoga market
Support senior leadership with outreach, research, and meeting preparation
Build relationships with referral partners in the local market
What We're Looking For
3-7 years of financial services experience
Advisor experience or an existing book of business strongly preferred
Knowledge of the advisor landscape in the Capital Region
Series 65 licensed or willing to obtain
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment
Based in or near Saratoga Springs, NY
Advancement Etico promotes from within. Strong performers will have the opportunity to take on expanded recruiting responsibilities as we grow into new markets, or transition to an advisor role on the platform for those with an existing book of business.
Compensation & Location
Base salary plus variable compensation tied to results
