Job Summary The Production Coordinator Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, timely delivery, and high‑quality output. This role works closely with production teams, supervisors, supply chain, and other departments to manage schedules, materials, and documentation while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, monitor, and prioritize daily production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements
Communicate with peers at other Trescal labs to coordinate network support services
Serve as a liaison between production, planning, and customer service
Track production progress and provide regular status updates to management
Daily review of incoming equipment to verify necessary components and accessories are available to complete the work
Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and resources for production
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
Identify and help resolve production issues, delays, and bottlenecks
Assist with production planning and workflow optimization
Promote cooperation and coordination among departments and employees to facilitate efficient teamwork in the lab
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
Provide input for strategic planning of services and procedures in support of continuous improvement initiatives
Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
Sufficient same/similar work experience also considered
Experience
2+ years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, operations, or related role preferred
Skills And Competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Strong problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Standing, walking, and lifting
