At IWG we lead the way with the world’s largest workspace network in 120 countries, enabling customers to work from wherever they want. Join us to bring more freedom to people and businesses, expand our network, and enjoy a great work‑life balance and competitive benefits.

The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries to create and maintain a vibrant community within your center, handling all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.

Throughout the day you assist customers with WiFi codes, package notifications, meeting room directions, projector setup, and service requests.
