Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Seguin, TX. The individual will develop and implement marketing strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales initiatives to support business growth. Daily responsibilities will include identifying and engaging new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, assisting with training sessions, and managing sales processes to meet organizational targets.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve or exceed revenue targets and develop new business opportunities.
Experience in Training and the ability to provide guidance to team members to enhance performance and knowledge.
High level of organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Knowledge of the housing or manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
