We are seeking a

Digital Marketing Manager

located in the Portland OR area (or possibly in the SF Bay Area) to own cPacket’s digital presence and play a key role in creating brand awareness, engagement, and a quality pipeline. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating our digital channels and campaigns, from planning and creative execution to performance tracking and optimization. This role is ideal for a data-driven, hands‑on marketer who brings strong experience, a collaborative spirit, and a curious mind to a small team shifting to an ABM model. Key Responsibilities

Turn technical messaging into bold, customer‑focused copy and compelling visuals. Collaborate with teammates to tell consistent stories across channels. Social, Search, and AI Visibility (SEO/GEO): Structure content to boost search authority, social visibility, and LLM discoverability. Social Media Marketing

Develop a social media strategy that drives engagement among our target audiences. Use persona‑based storytelling to craft engaging posts and contribute to industry discussions. Deploy best practices and test new content and delivery strategies to stand out from competitors. Create and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Website Management

Oversee the company website to maintain high standards of content, usability, and consistent design. Implement minor content changes in Webflow environment. Partner with design and development resources to manage content and design refreshes, UX/UI improvements, security updates, and SEO best practices. Build a paid media strategy and optimize ad spend across channels based on campaign goals (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, display ads, etc.). Develop targeting/retargeting strategies to convert traffic spikes into qualified leads. Track and report campaign KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to enhance targeting, engagement, and measurement. ABM Campaigns

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that engage buying teams and provide account intelligence for Sales. Align digital messaging, targeting, and content journeys to ABM campaign goals. Optimize web and funnel UX – using HubSpot and other tools to customize landing pages, improve layouts, and simplify CTAs to drive measurable conversion. Qualifications

7‑10 years of experience developing ROI‑focused digital marketing campaigns – preferably in B2B technology, networking, or security. Creative, data‑driven, strategic mindset – you can put best practices to work and experiment for continuous campaign optimization. Experience using marketing tools (HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Comfortable executing independently, while collaborating with creative and technical teammates to source content. Able to translate complex technology into persona‑centric content. Preferred Skills

Knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization techniques. Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo MarketingOS, Demandbase, 6sense). Experience managing websites on Webflow or a comparable CMS.
