We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Specialist to manage the day‑to‑day execution and optimization of our paid social campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This individual will play a key role in launching campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance, and proactively identifying growth opportunities. How you will contribute

Launch and manage paid social campaigns primarily on Meta platforms.

Oversee daily budgets and performance optimizations against revenue and ROI goals, using data‑driven insights to continuously improve results.

Develop and oversee A/B and multivariate testing plans across creative, audience segmentation, bidding, and optimization tactics—grounded in performance data and platform insights.

Proactively develop new campaign ideas, creative concepts, and growth strategies.

Collaborate closely with product line experts to align on product priorities, launch timing, and creative.

Stay current on paid social trends and platform updates to identify profitable growth opportunities.

Leverage and integrate AI tools within daily workflows to enhance efficiency, improve decision‑making, and profitably scale managed campaigns.

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic marketing environment.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to brief, launch, and iterate on performance‑driven assets.

Create analytical reports pertaining to campaign performance.

Deliver regular performance updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Recommend KPI‑driven strategies and present confidently to senior and cross‑functional leadership.

Stay ahead of platform changes and digital marketing trends, proactively applying new tactics and best practices to improve performance.

What you will bring and skills that excite us

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Technology Management.

2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably on Meta.

Management of internal or external client relationships is a plus.

Experience launching and managing paid social campaigns, including daily optimization and budget management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to review performance data and make informed adjustments.

Experience running creative tests and audience experiments to improve results.

Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to test and learn.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with reporting tools and Excel.

Understanding of consumer messaging and how to position products effectively in ads on social platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Comfortable sharing performance updates and insights with stakeholders.

Familiarity with Power Automate and emerging AI‑based technologies.
