We’re looking for a designer who is skilled, curious, and ready to grow with a high-volume, award-winning sign manufacturing team. Our ideal candidate is proficient in
Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign , which are the
primary tools we use to communicate visual and manufacturing intent
for both internal production teams and subcontractors.
While Adobe skills are essential, we also value experience or familiarity with CAD platforms
such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks —these competencies help support our work with architectural drawings and technical layouts.
Job Summary: Our design department works across a variety of platforms including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CAD software, and occasional SAI Flexi Sign , producing drawings and layouts that express design intent and guide manufacturing.
You’ll collaborate with project managers and department directors to transform client concepts into clear,build-readytechnical documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop precise, easytounderstand technical drawings used for manufacturing and installation of signage and branded products.
Ensure designs meet code requirements, reflect manufacturing capabilities, andmaintainhigh quality standards.
Apply knowledge of materials and production processes to createaccurateandfeasibledesigns.
Manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Working under strict deadlines as our industry is incredibly timeline based.
Who We Are: We are a 35+ year, award-winning commercialcustomsign manufacturer , specializing in illuminated channel letters, dimensional lettering/FCOs, pylon and ground signs, ADA signage, and printed or cut vinyl graphics.We pride ourselves on our out-of-the-box thinking, and production of one-of-a-kind custom signage to ‘wow’ our clients.
Our team includes over 100 years of combinedtradesexperience , and we handle everything from design to permitting, manufacturing, and installation.

Core hours: 8am-5pm
Schedule flexible upon approval from management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
2+years' experiencewith Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred)
Experience with SAI Flexi is a plus (Preferred)
Bonus: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks , or other CAD tools
