About The Role
We are an established
U.S.-based mortgage company
seeking a
highly experienced Mortgage Content Writer
who understands the lending industry inside and out. This role is not for general content writers. We are looking for a professional with
direct experience writing in the mortgage and real estate finance industry
who can produce authoritative, compliant, and conversion-focused content. The ideal candidate understands
Google's EEAT standards ,
YMYL content requirements , and how to create
SEO-optimized mortgage content that builds trust and generates leads .
What You'll Be Writing You will be responsible for creating high-quality mortgage and real estate finance content, including:
Loan program pages (Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, DSCR, Bank Statement, Bridge Loans, Construction Loans, etc.)
City and state mortgage pages
Landing page content (700-1,500+ words)
FAQ sections with regulatory awareness
Educational mortgage guides
Refinancing and home buying resources
SEO-optimized landing pages designed for conversion
Required Experience
✔
Minimum 3+ years of experience writing specifically for mortgage, lending, or real estate finance companies
✔
Strong understanding of underwriting, loan qualification, LTV, DTI, credit requirements
✔
Familiarity with mortgage compliance language (no misleading claims, no rate guarantees, etc.)
✔ Basic knowledge of
RESPA / TILA regulations
is a plus
✔ Ability to write
clear, authoritative content for borrowers and investors
SEO Knowledge Required
EEAT implementation in financial content
YMYL compliance writing
On-page SEO best practices
Proper heading structure (H1, H2, H3)
Internal linking strategy
Semantic keyword integration
Natural anchor text usage
All content must be
human-written, authoritative, and free of AI-generated fluff .
