You'll be the second marketing hire building field marketing from scratch with a seven-figure budget. Own Black Hat presence and create scalable event programs that drive real pipeline.
$160k-$210k with meaningful equity
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Field Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience to build our field marketing program from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own our presence at major industry trade shows like Black Hat, creating standout, experiential booths to build brand awareness.
Develop and execute a repeatable and scalable event motion, including upscale executive events, thought leadership events, partner roadshows, and regional conferences.
Partner with BDRs and AEs to identify target accounts, secure attendance, set meetings, and progress deals after events.
Manage all event operations end-to-end, including a seven-figure annual budget, vendor sourcing, logistics, and onsite execution.
Develop the strategy for field marketing, test what works, and scale the successful motions to reliably generate pipeline over time.
What We're Looking For:
5 - 12 years of experience with at least two years in field marketing. Remaining experience in either marketing or a high- signal career (e.g. , finance, consulting, strategy).
Must have at least 2 years of field marketing experience .
Experience at a company with a strong field marketing motion.
Background in a broader marketing role or high- signal career (e.g. , finance, consulting, engineering).
Demonstrated intelligence (e.g. , through academics or other impressive achievements).
Entrepreneurial and independent with a strong work ethic.
