Overview We are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with a strong passion for client service. Provide excellent service/management to a generalist book of business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy
Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively
Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support
Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts
Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment
Requirements
Active Texas P&C Insurance License
5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management
Experience with online quoting and overall knowledge of the commercial insurance marketplace
Proficiency in EPIC systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and independently
