The Wholesale division's Sales Operations team supports the Sales team with insights and technological capabilities. Sales Performance Analysis:\nMonitor and analyze domestic sales metrics, KPIs, and performance against targets, identify top-performing and underperforming products with recommendations for improvement.\nConduct win/loss analysis to understand marketing effectiveness.\nDevelop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reporting for management.\nAnalyze account marketing activations with recommendations for improvements.\nForecasting & Planning:\nDevelop and maintain sales ladders and forecasts by account.\nConduct consumption analysis and provide account-level forecasts.\nEvaluate seasonal patterns and market fluctuations.\nAccount Management:\nOversee all aspects of our biyearly in-person meetings with accounts. Coordinate scheduling and ensure successful sell-in meetings.\nPlan and lead quarterly Joint Business Plans.\nWhat You'll Bring

5+ years of planning experience within a big box store or department store setting. Shoe experience preferred but fashion-related business can be a substitute. Experience with SPS Commerce welcomed.\nHigh attention to detail and comfort with Excel.\nAnalytical with a demonstrated understanding of retail math.\nStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.\nSelf-motivated with proven ability to adapt and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nExcellent collaboration and cross-functional teamwork abilities.\nCreative problem-solving skills with resourceful approach to challenges.\nRequirements
