Insurance Agency that is niched in the med‑malpractic[e] in the health/performance industry.
Role Description This is a part‑time 20 hour/week remote role for an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a franchisee proprietary program book of business, providing insurance day‑to‑day service on the book of business, handling all aspects of the insureds renewal process and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills with a client‑servant attitude mindset
Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
Experience in insurance account management
Proficiency in CRM software – Hawksoft Agency Management System knowledge is a plus
Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
Ability to work independently and remotely
Been a commercial insurance account manager for at least 2+ years
Currently have an active insurance license in Property & Casualty
100% fully remote. Position could go full time depending on performance and book of business.
