Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager, based in Brandon, Mississippi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, maintaining effective communication with clients, and ensuring their coverage needs are met. Key responsibilities include reviewing policies for accuracy, completeness and compliance; processing renewals, endorsements, cancellations and new business applications; collaborate with producers and underwriters to secure competitive quotes and coverage options; account documentation in agency management system; and assisting clients with policy inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Property & Casualty Insurance License
Knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage
Skills in Account Management and Customer Service
Experience in Insurance services and related responsibilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in managing account documentation and utilizing relevant tools
