
Architectural Designer

Well qualified candidates should have strong design skills, sound technical knowledge, and a passion for working closely with colleagues and clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in all phases of architectural projects.
What We Look For:
Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree 3-5 years of post-graduate professional experience Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients / consultants / contractors and internal employees on all levels Understanding of architectural technology and production documentation for projects of various sizes and complexities Strong management and mentorship skills Understanding of basic code / regulatory requirements and building constructibility Basic understanding of project fee structures and staff management is preferred Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Programs Knowledge of other modeling and rendering programs (SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Lumion, etc) required Strong design and visualization skills Prior experience on all phases of a project, including Construction Documentation and Construction Administration Enjoy working in an exciting, open studio Strive to push boundaries and develop innovative design solutions Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on large teams and work well under deadlines Registered or pursuing registration preferred, LEED AP is a plus Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa at this time.
