About The Job
The Analyst, Digital Capabilities will report to the Manager, Digital Ecosystems & Capabilities and serve as a key partner in executing Danone’s digital commerce roadmap. This role is responsible for implementing and optimizing digital processes, scaling new and existing AI capabilities, and ensuring seamless project delivery across various digital touchpoints. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional digital and marketing teams, omnichannel sales partners, IT partners, and external agencies to drive operational digital excellence. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to enhance digital performance, streamline workflows, and support the team’s strategic growth objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the execution of capability‑dependent programs such as ratings & reviews, shoppable media activations, and recipe experience initiatives
Manage team projects and timelines for development, driving process improvements, and capability enhancements that increase scale and efficiency across digital capabilities and ecosystems.
Provide agile support across digital shelf, brand site, and broader team initiatives, flexing into special projects as priorities evolve
Identify and assess emerging capabilities to advance Danone in the next phases of AI Shelf and digital performance
Support capability rollout across teams by leading technical implementation, scalable process development, and stakeholder adoption
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure capabilities function reliably, scale effectively, and deliver consistent value
Own the end‑to‑end purchase order process as part of Digital Shelf, Ecosystem, & Capabilities Team budget management process
Translate data from various sources into actionable recommendations that shape strategic and tactical decisions for digital capabilities
Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to enhance efficacy of Danone’s digital capabilities
Develop clear, data‑backed stories that guide digital strategy, performance optimization, and capability expansion
Monitor the effectiveness of digital capabilities and project outputs, highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement

Skills
Proficiency in project management, digital commerce performance measurement, and brand storytelling
Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven reporting and insights
Agility to manage multiple projects and priorities
Familiarity with CPG digital marketing channels
Comfortable with technical website audits and digital toolsets
Proficient in Microsoft 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot)
Experience with SEO, Digital Shelf, Agentic AI, Asana, MikMak, Bazaarvoice platforms a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business management, marketing, information technology, communications, or related field
Demonstrated success in digital marketing, ecommerce platforms, content management, and project management
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external partners/agencies
The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 ‑ $85,000 commensurate with experience. Danone North America additionally offers a performance‑based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
This position is hybrid and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO. Danone is a hybrid work environment with opportunities to work both remotely and in office when desired.
