Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year
A bit about us: An established and highly respected Texas litigation firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney (3–5 years of experience) to join its Corpus Christi office. This is a hands‑on litigation role offering meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned trial attorneys across insurance defense, commercial litigation, and maritime matters.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with strong litigation fundamentals, comfortable managing a busy docket, and thriving in a collaborative, professional environment.

Job Details What You’ll Do:
Manage an active civil litigation docket from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters
Maintain exceptional attention to detail while balancing multiple deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active Texas law license in good standing
3–5 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense and/or commercial litigation preferred)
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Professional, client-service-oriented mindset with high ethical standards
