Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments Understand client objectives and align services to meet their goals Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of services Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner Maintain accurate account documentation and records Qualifications
