Commercial Lines Account Manager
who has great customer service skills, a positive attitude, thinks outside the box, and strives to become a trusted source for our clients. Customer Service is very important to our agency as we have built a strong reputation in our area. For this newly created role, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have Commercial Lines insurance experience, understand companies’ portal systems and have management system skills. Job Responsibilities
Manage a $500,000-$750,000 book of business by reviewing client policies, tracking renewal cycles, and identifying coverage needs to provide proactive service. Review renewals, evaluate coverage adequacy, and recommend policy adjustments to ensure optimal protection. Quote new business by gathering client information, obtaining carrier quotes, and presenting competitive coverage options. Support clients with claims reporting, follow-ups and carrier communication. Process endorsements by handling policy changes, submitting requests, and confirming updates with clients. Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional, responsive service via phone and email. High School Diploma (or Equivalent) License: Property & Casualty (MD) Minimum of 2 years of Account Manager
experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s Degree; Some College; No Degree Management System:
