Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Help account managers with daily policy management and renewal preparation for commercial property and casualty insurance clients
Gather and update information and files to assist with renewal submissions
Review forms, update applications, and ensure accurate files/data entry in the agency management system
Daily activity follow up and correspondence with clients and underwriters
Process auto ID cards, check policies and endorsements, request cancellations, and issue certificates of insurance
Skills & Experience
At least one (1) year of commercial property and casualty insurance client service experience
Active state insurance license or able to obtain one within 90 days of hire
