The Associate – Consumer Sales will support the growth of Mount Sinai Solutions’ direct-to-consumer business, focusing on selling high‑touch concierge healthcare offerings tailored for high‑net‑worth (HNWIs) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNWIs) clients. The Associate will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and support the sales process from initial outreach through deal closure and renewals. In addition, the role involves maintaining accurate Salesforce records, managing reporting dashboards to track key metrics, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and client experience. Responsibilities
Support the sales lifecycle from lead generation through deal close and renewals. Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, contributing to team sales goals. Help manage client relationships by providing high‑touch experience and personalized support. Contribute to the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers. Conduct research to identify potential growth opportunities, including new market segments, partnership leads, and healthcare trends. Support the development and implementation of targeted strategies to expand reach and grow the sales pipeline. Gather and communicate customer insights to internal teams to inform product development and go‑to‑market efforts. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce to ensure visibility into sales activities and pipeline status. Create and update sales reports and dashboards for team and leadership reports. Collaborate with team members to improve sales tools, documentation, and processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience; experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce preferred. Additional Skills and Qualities

Salary range: $72,473 – $108,709 annually. Actual salary depends on experience, education, and operational need. The range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other benefits.
