Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager
Compensation Package
Base Salary: Starting at $70,000, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and interview performance. Middle-market roles may offer up to $100,000.
Benefits: Health and vision insurance.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of business consisting of small business and lower middle-market accounts.
Handle all aspects of the role, including quoting new and renewal business, marketing, and policy servicing.
Work towards reducing smaller accounts while increasing revenue over the next 12 months.
Identify opportunities to sell additional lines of coverage and secure new business.
Collaborate with a team in a people‑first, family‑friendly, and team‑oriented environment.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses / Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial account management experience.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
Soft Skills:
Polished and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented and easy‑going environment.
Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
