How you'll make an impact in this role
Own and lead Enterprise Solution Architecture for large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives
Partner with Portfolio Executives, Enterprise Architects, and business leaders to deliver end-to-end architecture leadership-from early concept through deployment-ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy, governance, and business outcomes.
Identify technology pain points and leads platform modernization, application portfolio simplification, and standardization efforts to improve resilience, reduce cost, and optimize performance metrics.
Architect complex, cross-domain solutions spanning COTS, cloud/hyperscalers, infrastructure, data, AI, security, integration, and custom development.
Bring strong executive presence and modeling expertise (business, data, application, technology, and security architecture); excelling in navigating matrixed environments, influencing stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outcomes under ambiguity and compressed timelines.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking
10 or more years of architecture experience; experience working in a large global IT environment strongly preferred.
Healthcare IT experience is highly preferred, ideally encompassing a broad range of business areas, care delivery settings, including related processes, integration and solution exposure.
Familiarity with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and architecture modeling tools (e.g. Abacus, IBIS, Orbus iServer, MEGA, LeanIX, etc.
