Myticas Consulting is seeking an experienced Salesforce Media Cloud Solutions Architect for a long‑term consulting engagement. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business strategy, helping enterprise clients maximize their investment in Salesforce Media Cloud.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Media Cloud solutions (Ad Sales Management, Campaigns, Contracts, Placements).
- Define and oversee solution architecture while ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demos to validate and refine designs.
- Drive cross‑cloud strategy, integrating Media Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure adoption and measurable business value.
- Partner with Technical Architects to ensure technical feasibility and smooth delivery.
- Support client adoption with documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, including at least 2+ years with Media Cloud.
- Proven success designing solutions across Ad Sales, Campaign Hierarchies, Media Plans, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Expertise in Media Cloud data model, workflows, and core business processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Track record of leading solution design from requirements through delivery.
Preferred Experience
- Leading Media Cloud discovery and solution workshops.
- Familiarity with advanced Media Cloud features (inventory, forecasting, analytics).
- Exposure to ad‑tech/mar‑tech integrations (FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, Operative).
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Data Architect, or Industry Cloud Consultant.
