About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Ecommerce to spearhead the growth and management of its North American online platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy to significantly increase ecommerce revenue across DTC, Amazon Premium Beauty, and wholesale digital channels. This role demands a hands-on approach to omnichannel strategy, P&L ownership, and performance marketing, with a focus on scaling the business and meeting margin targets. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of customer advocacy, and ensuring that all activities align with the brand's elevation positioning.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' ecommerce experience, with a strong background in Amazon and/or retailer.com, and a proven track record of P&L management. The role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, particularly within the beauty, cosmetics, or premium CPG category, and experience in a PE-backed or investor-backed environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at team building, cross-functional leadership, and have a strong commercial instinct balanced with brand discipline. Proficiency in analytics, CRO tools, and AI is essential, as is the ability to operate with high integrity, transparency, and a proactive, self-directed approach.
