Overview

We are seeking an inventive Creative Producer/Showrunner to architect a new web-based variety series. The project centers on a featured Artist, Singer, and Songwriter whose work bridges mainstream musical performance with a distinct, offbeat sense of humor.

We are looking for a "Creative Partner" to help finalize the show’s format and production budget as we move into the investment and pitching phase.

• The "vibe" of the project draws inspiration from several archetypes:
• The authentic, dry wit often seen in indie comedy.
• The genuine, surprising musical impact of a breakout variety artist.
• The engaging, polished energy of a mainstream host.

Key Responsibilities

• Format Development: Design a repeatable series structure that showcases the artist’s songwriting, acting range, and guest interactions.
• Production Strategy: Lead the "pitch-ready" phase, including drafting a production model and realistic budget for investor presentations.
• Creative Direction: Provide supportive direction to ensure the artist’s unique "brand voice" remains cohesive across musical and comedic segments.
• On-Camera Potential: We are open to candidates with a strong on-camera presence who could serve as a "straight-man" co-host or recurring partner.

Compensation & Engagement

This project is currently in the active development and investment phase.

Initial Phase: A project-based fee or stipend for completing the "Pitch Deck" and production budget.

Production Phase: A full industry-standard Producer/Showrunner salary will be integrated into the formal production budget once funded.

Equity/Incentives: For the right partner, we are open to discussing "Executive Producer" credit and backend participation.
