About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Integrated Producer who is a creative problem solver. The Executive Integrated Producer at Monks is a senior leader responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of high-impact creative work across multiple channels, including film, digital, social, experiential, and emerging media. This role partners closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, and Operations teams to deliver world-class campaigns on time, on budget, and at the highest creative standard for NAMER clients. The Integrated EP will lead cross-functional teams—comprising designers, editors, production vendors, account, creative strategists, and producers—to ensure brand consistency and high-performance results. You aren’t just checking boxes; you are optimizing the "how" and "why" behind every digital touchpoint. They provide excellent production and communication skills, in addition to detailed financial management, effectively collaborating with people across departments to ensure that deliverables are flawlessly executed.

To be successful in this role, you must be an experienced and effective manager and negotiator, leading teams by example achieving optimal results. We’re looking for a true unicorn—someone who lives and breathes production and knows how to lead with both excellence and kindness. You must be able to problem solve in a timely, cost effective manner, be able to juggle a multitude of jobs at any time, and have familiarity with the daily ebb and flow of an agency structure along with a deep knowledge of Monks Production Capabilities and Hubs; Experience in aligning and orchestrating distributed teams is imperative.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi asset campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to broadcast, digital video, animation, still photography, social posts, OOH and Radio from concept development through final delivery, across multiple markets and regions.
  • Execute Production Strategies that guide the creative development phase and lead to concepts and ideas that are both feasible from a client timing/budget perspective and also executable within our Production Capabilities.
  • Build and ongoing management of strong relationships with directors, production companies, post-production partners, and other external vendors worldwide.
  • Ensure productions meet brand standards, union guidelines, legal requirements, and local market regulations, in addition to agency margin goals and client health objectives.
  • Executes the pre-bid process consisting of timeline, ballpark costs, and potential production capabilities in alignment with strategic and creative vision of a project.
  • Operate within established ways of working and processes between Integrated Producers and our client teams to find the best possible solutions to execute their vision on time and on budget, ensuring all deliverables are planned for, captured and executed with the highest production quality.
  • Facilitate with both out of house vendors as well as with our internal studio for content production.
  • Identify opportunities to work closely with our internal physical production team to produce/line produce/post produce applicable workstreams.
  • Demonstrate organization and apply knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements. Maintain and be able to speak to status, finances and resource management as well as any implications at each stage of the project.
  • Work in tandem with Business Affairs regarding production estimate creation, contracts, talent, releases, budgets, licenses and clearances.
  • Experienced with managing Production Consultants or Procurement partners to assure all client processes and all approvals are properly secured.
  • Responsible for actualizing, and properly wrapping up jobs with Business Affairs; completion reports, deliverable lists & wrap sheets.
  • Demonstrate passion for the agency, the work and the client’s business.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and evolving production methodologies to drive innovation.

About You

The essentials

  • 10+ years experience at an advertising agency or production company producing content for including but not limited to TVC, social, digital, and animation.
  • Strong, hands-on experience producing high-end work across live action and line production, and extensive post production knowledge with a deep understanding of the creative process.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Comfortable line producing scaled shoots and post producing work with an in-house studio.
  • Fluent in negotiating contracts and bidding with external vendors.
  • Has long, well established relationships with reps and vendors.
  • Knowledgeable in AICP guidelines, SAG and different guild guidelines for proper set management and execution.
  • Stress-tolerant and quick-thinking with excellent organization and financial skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring direct reports with an emphasis on career and growth development.
  • The ability to resource projects effectively and make clear decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department, vendor and client relationships.
  • The ability to problem solve in a timely, cost effective manner as well as apply critical and strategic thinking.
  • The ability to communicate in a professional, confident manner clearly and succinctly with strong presentation and negotiation skills to senior level management and clientele.
  • Quick learner able to quickly understand new technology concepts. Familiarity with integrated campaigns, content at scale, and emerging formats (e.g., social-first, experiential, AI-assisted production).
  • Driven to succeed with an ability to motivate and collaborate with people globally.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and utilizes a maker mindset in creative problem solving.
  • Proficient with Google Suite & knowledge of adobe suite.
  • A sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident.

Notes:

  • LA-based candidates only.
  • Hybrid work experience is required; attendance will be mandatory for office/department meetings and shoots.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (~ monthly).

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Being bilingual is a preferred skill (English/Spanish).

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range: $140,000—$160,000 USD
