What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at OrthoAtlanta, you'll: Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and plans of care Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Instruct patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care Document treatments, progress, and discharge planning accurately and timely Maintain confidential and compliant patient records Record treatment charges and complete documentation daily Assist in maintaining clean, organized treatment areas and equipment Provide support to Physical Therapy Aides as needed Respond appropriately to urgent or emergent situations per protocol Offer occasional administrative support including answering phones and scheduling patients A Great Fit If You

Associate degree in healthcare or related field Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Georgia PTA license (or eligibility to obtain) Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices Why OrthoAtlanta?
