What You'll Do: A Jasper Innovative Solutions (JIS) Customer Service Representative is primarily focused on three key functions. Each associate is responsible for handling inbound/outbound phone calls and emails, create new and maintain existing positive customer relations, as well as analytical administration of accounts. Each representative will work closely with internal departments to assist and monitor inventory levels as well as collaborate to advance and grow sales. Who We Are Looking For: An ideal candidate will have intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and computer knowledge is required. Important attributes of the Customer Service Representative include the ability to multi-task, highly organized and detailed, problem solving skills, strong verbal/non-verbal communication skills, and the ability to relate well and connect with others. We offer our customers a wide variety of products, including engine management, interior/exterior components, drivetrain, suspension, steering and emissions. Automotive parts knowledge/recognition preferred; ability to properly identify automotive parts.
