Why this role exists Revive’s transaction volume is growing quickly, and strong outcomes depend on disciplined operational execution. This role exists to ensure that Sell360 and Renovate-to-Sell transactions progress smoothly from offer acceptance through resale by maintaining accuracy, organization, and consistent follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

This role combines elements of transaction coordination and executive operations support. You will own the operational details that keep deals moving forward—managing documentation, timelines, and communication across lenders, escrow partners, insurance providers, contractors, and internal teams. This is a role for a highly organized operator who takes pride in precision, accountability, and ensuring complex processes run cleanly from start to finish.

What You Will Do

Support real estate transactions from offer acceptance through resale, ensuring operational accuracy and timely execution across each stage of the transaction lifecycle

Open escrows and coordinate documentation with lenders, escrow officers, title companies, insurance providers, and internal teams

Review transaction documentation, disclosures, and related files, organizing materials and identifying items requiring internal review

Maintain complete and well-organized digital transaction files and documentation across multiple active deals

Track timelines, deadlines, and dependencies across transactions to ensure milestones are met and issues are escalated early

Manage operational logistics during property ownership, including utilities, insurance, recurring property expenses, and documentation tracking

Coordinate and track documentation required for Renovate-to-Sell equity verification and transaction compliance

Review mortgage statements, title reports, payoff information, and related documentation using established eligibility criteria

Maintain visibility across 15–25 concurrent transactions, ensuring details remain accurate and current

Communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to close operational loops and resolve outstanding items

Provide operational coordination support to senior leadership where needed, ensuring key transaction updates, documentation, and next steps remain visible and organized

Identify operational inefficiencies or documentation gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen transaction workflows

Who You Are

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-through

Comfortable managing multiple complex workflows simultaneously while maintaining clarity and control

Proactive and capable of moving work forward without constant supervision

Clear and professional communicator with internal teams and external partners

Comfortable operating within structured processes while exercising judgment on when to escape issues

Motivated by creating order, maintaining visibility, and ensuring operations run smoothly

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in real estate transactions, escrow, operations, or transaction coordination

Familiarity with residential real estate transaction workflows

Comfortable reviewing financial, title, escrow, and property-related documentation

Experience managing multiple active transaction files simultaneouslyStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

Proficiency with digital file systems and operational tracking tools

Experience working with lenders, escrow officers, or title companies preferred

The Pay Range For This Role Is 65,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Revive HQ (Technology))
