Role Summary Czech-speaking Customer Service Agents
for a remote customer support function. Entry-level candidates required to relocate to Greece before the start date.
Main Responsibilities
Support customers in Czech via phone, email, and online communication tools
Respond to inquiries related to services or products following defined processes
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
Record interactions and solutions in internal case management systems
Maintain service quality standards and operational guidelines
Escalate issues that require further review or specialized support
Candidate Requirements
Fluent written and spoken Czech
Good command of English (level B2)
No previous customer service experience required
Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems
Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability
Capacity to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
