Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Sales Assistant I is responsible for general administrative support to Group or Individual sales force (i.e., typing, filing, faxing, and mailing). How you will make an impact: Answer incoming phone calls for sales staff with courtesy and efficiency by taking accurate messages and/or routing calls properly. Prepares and logs proposals. Maintains supplies. Researches and resolves routine sales, claims and benefit issues. Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets. Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data. Generates sales reports. Minimum Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Specialty Pharmacy experience. Call center experience. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $19.10 - 28.65.
