The Service Account Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining client satisfaction while supporting the operational success of our service and branding initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate daily communication between clients and internal teams Monitor account activities and ensure service requests are processed efficiently Assist in maintaining accurate client records and account documentation Track project timelines and provide updates to relevant stakeholders Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks Identify opportunities to improve service processes and client experiences Ensure all client interactions reflect the company's standards of professionalism and quality Qualifications
