Responsibilities

Document all customer interactions in internal systems
Process orders, account updates, and service requests
Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs
Maintain a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude in all customer interactions
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Must be bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient with computers and standard office software
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused
