Distribution Associate

Our client, a leading organization in logistics and distribution, is seeking a dedicated Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Distribution Associate Location: Cambridge, OH Pay Range: $16 Shift: Night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) What's the Job? Picking and packing finished goods accurately using RF guns Loading outbound trailers efficiently and safely Performing equipment operation including fork trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment Supporting team members and communicating effectively within the team What's Needed? Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment including stock pickers Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions Experience with warehouse equipment such as fork trucks, pallet jacks, or reach trucks is preferred Ability to work at heights of 20 feet with fall protection gear Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and work on concrete for extended periods What's in it for me?
