Donor Support Representative

LHH is seeking a Donor Support Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our donors. In this role, you will provide exceptional service through phone and email support, assist with donation processing, and ensure every donor interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and respect. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound donor calls (approximately 60 calls per day) while maintaining a calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor Communicate with donors via phone and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide timely follow-up Process donations and update donor information accurately, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail Provide prayer support to donors upon request (training provided) Respond to donor emails promptly, maintaining positive, compassionate, and mission-aligned communication Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal policies and procedures Deliver donor support in a strictly non-solicitation environmentno upselling or fundraising required Qualifications & Requirements: 12 years of customer service or retail experience; nonprofit or mission-driven experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, especially with data entry and record accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented mindset Comfortable using basic computer systems and navigating multiple tools while on calls Pay/Benefits: Pay $20/hr - $21/hr Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
