Customer Service Representative
Sirius Staffing is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position based in West Monroe, LA. Pay Range: $14.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday- Friday. 8a-5p. Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will interact directly with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with products and services. This role involves handling customer questions, processing orders, addressing complaints, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution and service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail regarding accounts, products, services, pricing, and shipping. Resolve issues related to orders, returns, special requests, or complaints. Maintain accurate records and investigate discrepancies or errors. Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure service needs are met. Provide product or service recommendations and upsell additional services when appropriate. May review customer credit records and occasionally visit customer locations to assist with orders or issue resolution. Requirement:
