We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant (SCM) to lead the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle SCM processes, the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, and experience supporting end-to-end SCM implementations. Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Procurement / Purchasing Key Responsibilities
SCM Functional Implementation
Lead requirement gathering workshops and document supply chain business processes. Analyze, design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud SCM modules. Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and best practice solutions. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions. Oracle SCM Module Expertise
Hands-on functional experience implementing and supporting the following Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Inventory Management Procurement / Purchasing Order Management Manufacturing / Work Orders Logistics / Shipping Supply Chain Planning Implementation & Support
Support end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, rollouts, and production support. Perform solution configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities. Ensure successful deployment and stabilization of SCM modules. Integration & Business Alignment
Understand integrations between SCM and other Oracle ERP modules. Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and strategic requirements. Provide functional guidance and best practices for SCM process improvements. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations. Strong functional expertise in SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planning. Experience conducting Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
